Become a Vendor

We are now accepting vendors for both our SUMMER & FALL seasons! Summer is June 1 - August 10, 2024 and Fall is September 20 - November 2, 2024.

  • Application Process

    1. Apply on Marketspread (Link below) 
    2. We review and accept vendors who are a good fit for the atmosphere and offer variety for customers. 
    3. Accepted vendors receive an invoice by email with their selected dates. 
    4. When the invoice is paid in full, the vendor’s spots will be officially reserved. 

  • Booth Details

    • One booth is a 10ft x 10ft space. The most any one applicant can have is 2 booths. Each booth spot includes one outlet of electricity.
    • One truck/trailer spot is 10ft x 30 ft long. Trucks must provide their own power (generator)
    • Vendors can sell during our normal operating hours: from 12-9pm Monday-Friday and 10am-9pm on Saturday.  

  • Payment

    • Vendors fees are non-refundable and go towards infrastructure and utilities to improve the customer experience at the venue. Both parties understand and assume the risk that inclement weather can shut down operations with no financial recourse. When possible, we will try to switch the bad weather date for another open date.  
    • We can arrange payment plans if the total invoice amount is $500 or more.

FULL SEASON VENDORS

Any vendor who signs up to attend daily for the FULL SEASON (by selecting all possible days) will receive a 25% discount, be assigned a permanent spot, and be granted permission to leave any equipment or setup overnight. We
